What Is the Iowa Deer Classic?
The Iowa Deer Classic is the state's premier deer hunting and outdoor expo, held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. It's one of the best shows in the Midwest — and the crowd that shows up proves it.
This isn't a casual weekend outing. The hunters walking these aisles are serious about their craft. Expect world-class seminars, a Big Buck Contest, a 300 Archery Tournament, a 3D Shoot, and wall-to-wall gear from some of the best brands in the industry. Outfitters from across the U.S., Canada, and Africa will be on hand, along with land and wildlife management experts.
